To Order Online:

Ordering online is easy! Simply click on the "Add to Cart" buttons located with each listing for the products you wish to purchase. When you check out your order, you will be given the opportunity to pay by credit card if you wish. Credit Card information is collected using Pay Pal's easy and secure payment system.

Please allow up to 24 hours to process your payment. Please also note that charges to your credit card will be in Canadian dollars, and the vendor will show as "Pay Pal - New World Media Artists."

To Order by Mail:

Simply click on the "Add to Cart" buttons that correspond with the items you wish to purchase. When you are done making your selections, and "Check Out," you will be prompted for mailing information and your email address. Just follow the instructions on your screen, print out the completed form and send, along with a check or money order in the correct amount, to the address shown on the form. At no time will you be asked for any financial information online, so do not be afraid to follow the order process through to the end. Your order will not be processed until we receive your check or money order.

Additional Information:

If you would like to order individual songs, or collections in .WMA or .MP3 format, we will email you a link and password which will allow you to download them from a secure page once we have processed your payment.

When ordering, it is very important that you provide correct information asked for so that we can process your order easily and efficiently. Be sure to include your correct email address so that we can contact you if there is any problem with your order. No personal information will be sold or shared with any third party unless we are legally required to do so.

Music Prices

Order a CD or save shipping charges and create your own CD of your favorites from downloaded WMAs or MP3s. Prices are subject to applicable sales taxes and shipping.

CD Prices = $15.00 CAD each
Individual Songs = $1.50 or $2.00 CAD each, depending upon the song.
CD Download = $12.00 CAD each CD

Shipping

All CD orders within Canada and the United States will ship via insured lettermail. Express Post is also available for an additional cost. Shipping rates are as follows:

Within Canada: $ 3.50 CAD (first item), $1.50 (each additional item)
To The United States: $ 3.50 USD (first item), $1.50 (each additional item)
Upgrade to Express Post (Canada and U.S.A. only): Add $5.00 CAD / $3.00 USD
International (Outside Canada and USA): $5.00 USD (first item), $2.50 (each add'l item)

Cancellations/Returns/Refunds

Orders for shipped products can be cancelled within 24 hours of when the order was initially made. Simply use the email form on the contact page to notify us of your wish to cancel. Be sure to note your order number in the appropriate field.

Because we try to process download requests as quickly as possible for your convenience, orders for downloaded products are more difficult to cancel. If you decide to cancel a download order, please notify us as quickly as possible and we will try to stop the order. Please note that if payment has already been processed and access codes granted for downloads, your order cannot be cancelled. There are no refunds on downloads.

We try to give you plenty of ability to preview material before you purchase. As such, we will accept returns only on shipped products if they are defective. In the highly unlikely event that you receive a defective item, please contact us to receive a return authorization number. Upon receipt of your defective unit, we will ship out a replacement, or simply refund your purchase price (less shipping and handling), depending upon which you prefer.

We insure everything we ship. Upon receiving your shipped goods, please inspect them carefully. If they have been damaged, please DO NOT OPEN the shrink wrapping on the CDs. Contact us immediately to receive a replacement.

Privacy

We will not sell your personal information to any third party, and you will receive no further contact from us unless you opt to be on our mailing list. We also do not keep a database, other than our email list, so your information will not be stored on our system. We treasure our own privacy; we value yours as well.

Credit card information is collected online using Pay Pal's secure payment system. Your personal financial information is not available to Songs For The Spirit, New World Media Artists, or anyone other than Pay Pal
